Dr. Kiersten is dedicated to helping her patients reach optimal health by combining Chiropractic care, manual therapy techniques and nutritional therapy. She uses a varied and well-rounded approach, striving to empower each of her patients to restore balance and health to their busy lives.

Dr Kiersten has a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition and is certified in Active Release Technique and Graston. She enjoys using her skills to serve people who may not normally have access to chiropractic care by connecting with local women’s shelters and veteran organizations. She also works with various local athletic teams. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, biking, yoga, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Olivia approaches treatment through a biomechanical lens. She views the body as parts of a whole; breaking down movement patterns to determine the sources of injury, then rebuilding the motion sequence in a structurally sound manner. Her goal is to help patients build stability so that they can keep doing the activities they love for longer.

Dr. Olivia loves working with people of all backgrounds and activity levels, and she has extensive experience working with performing artists, runners, and yogis. She also specializes in manual voice therapy, hypermobility, and strength training. Dr. Olivia is certified in Amplified Voice manual therapy, ART, Reiki, and yoga instruction. She also utilizes IASTM, motion assessment, corrective exercise and breath work.

Dr. Olivia graduated from Logan University and has been with Active Seattle since 2023.
